Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase apply to all digital products sold on danielbrorpalm.com including downloadable sheet music, provided by Daniel Bror Palm.
1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. All products sold are digital and intended for personal use only.
2. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card. Regardless of your chosen payment method, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming that the payment has been made to Palm Production AB.
Once your order is complete, you will be directed to a download page. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and a download link to the purchased sheet music. Please note that it may take up to an hour for the email to arrive. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is applied and is included in the price. A VAT breakdown will be provided in your receipt
4. Delivery
All sheet music is delivered digitally via a download link—no physical products are shipped. Each purchase includes a total of three (3) downloads. We recommend saving the confirmation email to easily access your downloads in the future.
5. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download has started — provided you have consented to this at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you agree that delivery begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.
6. Usage Rights
All sheet music purchased is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share the files in any form without prior written permission.
7. Defective Downloads
If your file is damaged, inaccessible, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. We will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.
